Professional Experience

Diane Tinkler has placed senior executives and non-executive directors in many
high-profile companies for over 22 years. She has sourced board members and
senior executives for legal, manufacturing, minerals, energy, IT and government
organisations.

Since 1979, Diane's career has spanned human resources consulting in Queensland.
Previous employment included research and counselling at a medical school and
teaching. As Job Development and Welfare Officer for a government-sponsored
organisation, she counselled, trained and placed physically disabled adults in the
workforce. Diane joined (then) Price Waterhouse in 1986 where she headed the
human resources division, specialising in senior executive recruitment and career
transition. After nearly nine years, Diane was approached by Ernst & Young to lead
their human resources team, which she did successfully for six-and-a-half years.

Diane's high-profile expertise continues as she assists diverse organisations, both in
the private and public sector, in the search for non-executives directors and assists
individual executives to reach their career potential with one on one coaching.
